In our banking practice, we advise on an expanse of commercial financing transactions.  Our clients in these transactions include commercial banks, extra-bank lenders, corporate borrowers, insurance companies, hedge funds, representative offices of overseas banks and various financial institutions.  Our structured finance expertise also lends a big hand to our ability to add value in this area.

We experience banking widely.  For example, we act in refinance arrangements and we assist banks and debtors in receivership and liquidation matters.  We counsel in secured transactions, provision of credit facilities, loan participations, leveraged buy-outs, work-outs and the like.  More technically, we advise on various license and permit requirements imposed by the Israeli banking system, on governmental, including Bank of Israel, regulations and various regulatory capital issues and on good banking practice.
