Our firm has a wide-ranging and deep practice in insolvency and creditors' rights.  In this area, we represent creditors and debtors.  Our advisory activities range across such insolvency-related issues as security interests, debt restructurings, reorganizations and liquidation proceedings.  We have experience with creditor committees and represent various stakeholders, such as debtors, lenders, trade creditors, equity investors and prospective acquirers.  We also sometimes act as receivers of insolvent companies in Israel.

Our firm's strong grasp of corporate finance, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and litigation and of various key industries affords our clients broad support when seeking to address insolvency or near-insolvency matters.   Given the international talents of our firm, our insolvency practice also extends beyond domestic issues to cross-border matters -- we assist overseas clients that hold interests in troubled Israeli firms and Israeli clients that have interests in bankruptcies or restructurings abroad.
