We provide  expertise to financing, industrial and governmental entities in the development of a variety of infrastructure projects and in the acquistions, mergers, privatizations and sales of infratructure assets.

We are experienced in all phases of project finance, from concepulization of a project through the its devopment, financing and implemenation stages.   In recent times, we were involved in successful bids on the Cross-Israel Highway BOT project and Israel's first water desalination plant BOT project.
